The Sydney branches of the AIG and AusIMM and AMEC are pleased to invite you to a JORC Workshop with presentations by Steve Hunt – Chair of JORC, Adrian Smythe – Manager Listings Compliance ASX, and Ivy Chen – Senior Specialist (Geology) ASIC. The event is kindly hosted by Baker & McKenzie.
The workshop will focus on the practical aspects of applying JORC 2012 and ASX Listing Rule Chapter 5 to company announcements, with feedback from the presenters on the most common mistakes and confusion in reporting. The presenters and a representative from Baker & McKenzie will be available for questions so please prepare them in advance and bring them along. There will be ample time for questions. Please note that no company-specific advice can be given, so questions should be presented in general terms.
Costs: $25 per person. Light refreshments will be available following question time.
